This massage is done to relieve stress or pain which may have built up within the body.   A natural carrier oil is used to allow the movements flow in a relaxing manner while the therapist acknowledges the areas that need the knots broken down and stretched.

This treatment allows me to break down any knots physically in the torso and shoulders.  The decolletage is also worked on.

This treatment allows me to break down any knots physically in the torso and shoulders.  When Reiki is added, it enables you to rest and relax on a deeper level thus encouraging metal, physical and emotional well-being and balance to occur.   The Facial chosen for the clients needs, finishes off a fabulous treatment for a complete pampering session.

Aromatherapy massage - full body

A full body massage highlighting the areas that the individual needs working on where I incorporate carrier oils with specific essential oils to aid in the treatment.

Indian Head Massage

A fabulous head to toe treatment incorporating the best of both treatments.  Don't be surprised if by the end of this treatment that you want to sleep away the day.  The Head massage will encourage a clear head and leave oils in the hair for a fantastic conditioning treatment while the reflexology foot treatment will realign all body systems and leave you feeling like you are walking on air.

Pregnancy Massage & Reiki

Pregnancy massage is a beautiful massage which encourages well-being for the mother.  It is a lovely way for mother and baby to bond whilst the baby is growing and informs the mother at different stages of the pregnancy about how she can gain better sleep, listen to her body and thus empower her in her motherhood journey.   Adding in Reiki, allows the mother to relax on a deeper level and can encourage a deeper connection for mother and child in the session.

Cupping Massage is used to soften tight muscles, tone attachments, loosen adhesion's ... the strong suction will mimic the rolling action of Deep Tissue Massage. A relaxing deep tissue massage without my use of elbows or knuckles to breakdown the knots.  Used in recent times by athletes before and after big events.  Many of my clients with Fibromyalgia find huge relief with regular cupping treatments .

A hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy. It's used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body. During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are massaged on specific parts of your body and leave you feeling totally relaxed and rested.

Also known as our Winter Warmer package... what better way to receive a treatment but to incorporate heat into the session.  The stones are an added benefit of turning the muscle from tense, rock hard areas to that of putty and lend to the first stage of relaxation and stress relief.  Move onward to the facial of choice, the Hopi ear candling and Indian head massage and you will finish your treatment feeling totally pampered and want to stay where you are.  This treatment is like having yourself wrapped up in a warm blanket or shawl, wrung out and left feeling like you are in heaven afterwards with the scents of the oils wrapping around you.

Hopi Ear Candling

Hopi Ear Candling is an Holistic treatment which helps to alleviate symptoms such as sinusitis, headaches, migraines, tinnitus, sore throats and TMJ.  Hopi ear candles act like a chimney, drawing away the vapor and any impurities from within the ear. This in turn regulates the pressure system within the ear and the head, making the candle treatment suitable for many conditions.

Hopi Ear Candling, Facial, Indian Head, Massage, Back, neck & shoulder massage

A truly  relaxing, pampering treatment.  The client receives a back, neck and shoulder massage to encourage relaxation whilst also alleviating any knots or stiffness from the area.  Then, we continue to the front of the body and continue with the frontal shoulders and neck area, moving up to the ear and perform the candling treatment.  As the client is now either sleeping or extremely relaxed, I continue with an Indian head massage, nurturing the scalp with specific pressure point movements and finish off with a facial that stimulates the pressure points on the face and encourages overall relaxation until the treatment is complete.
